2008 Youth Registration

U-8 through U-14 Teams

2008 Fees
$115 first member $85 each additional sibling
 $65 uniform fee

This is a new uniform year. Each player will be charged a uniform fee.

New players
will also need: 1 small photo,
and copy  of birth certificate. All players must complete a parent/player contract before being able to participate. This will be given out at first practice.

Forms can be downloaded and sent along with check made out to Jeffersonville Soccer Club.
