U-8 through U-14 Teams


REGISTRATION DOWNLOAD FORM

Registration can be mailed directly to
Jeffersonville Soccer Club
257 Horseshoe Road, Norristown, PA 19403

New players
will also need: 1 small photo,
and copy  of birth certificate. All players must complete a parent/player contract before being able to participate. This will be given out at first practice.

Forms can be downloaded and sent along with check made out to Jeffersonville Soccer Club.
